HEMATITE BURNT SCARLET

The third round of TESTING introduces HEMATITE BURNT SCARLET, again from PRIMATEK line of Daniel Smith’s watercolors. It’s a warmer, red-inclined brown, drying with pronounced grey speckles that settle in the texture of paper, LANGTON PRESTIGE ROUGH 300gr this time. Although it bears the name of Scarlet, one will probably think of rust while painting with it, both for the hue and lovely grainy appearance.
